Can I return my items?
If you are not in love with your item, please contact us within 30 days. We do not refund for change of mind - but we do handle every issue on a case-by-case basis and we'll do what it takes to make it right - just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You are welcome to contact us at any time if you have any questions about products or sizing before placing your order - this helps to avoid any confusion.
If by any chance your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or in any way defective we will resolve the problem immediately. Simply send a photo of the issue to email@example.com, and we will get a new item to you or issue a store credit immediately.
If your item is taking a while to get to you after you receive your shipping notice, please contact us immediately so we can chase it up - whilst we endeavour to get every item out as quickly as possible - sometimes thing take a bit longer, but we assure you it will be worth the wait! But this saying - if its longer than expected, we will always make it up to you! ;)
Can I exchange my order?
